Do not order funeral flowers from this place!!!! We just had a service where my mother was looking forward to a over $200 floral cross arrangement for Friday at 9am to be delivered, and at 10:30 the flowers were not there. It was hard to get an answer on the phone, and when the owner answered she claimed it was delivered. She arrived at the funeral home in chaos asking for who was there to receive them and they were here. Our family and myself should not have had to worry about some flowers on a day when our only focus was to say goodbye to my brother. Once she figured out they delivered our arrangement to another funeral home in Castro valley, she had the audacity without permission to go into the room where people were grieving my brother, take a small fish bowl size flower arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to the other home. Around 11 something she came back with the correct order bombarded our privacy our space, set it up all while people watched. I was beyond embarrassed. This should have been done before people arrived. I should not have had to step out numerous times to call a florist to ask where our flowers were. She then said she would “refund” me only to give me a $75 credit. It’s a shame of how much of an awful experience I had. Do NOT BUY FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS from this place!!!!!
